These terms apply to PRYX Systems Corp's website and to SMS communications sent by PRYX/SIGPRO for PRYX's own customer support and operational notifications. Separate agreements may apply to SIGPRO software and to communications from independent businesses using the platform.
2. SMS program description
PRYX Systems Corp may send non-marketing customer-care and operational text messages related to requested support, service updates, transaction confirmations, account inquiries, and related service information. Messages may contain links to relevant service details.
3. How to opt in
SMS enrollment is optional. Where offered, a customer may affirmatively consent by telling an authorized representative that they wish to receive PRYX/SIGPRO SMS communications, after being informed of the program, message frequency, possible charges, and opt-out options. Consent should be recorded before messages are sent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not treat a phone number provided for another purpose as automatic SMS consent.
4. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies depending on support requests, service activity, and transactions. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Opt out and help
